An excellent exercise for those of us over 60. Hold a 5 lb. potato sack in each hand and extend your arms away from your body and hold for a minute. Work your way up to a 10 lb. potato sack, then 20 lb., 50 lb, and 100 lb potato sack(this is were I am). After you start feeling confident with the 100 lb. sack, you can start putting a potato in each sack.
