Spankings

I remember my dad saying "The last thing I want to do is spank you." I had done something bad enough that even I knew I deserved punishment so I told my dad thank you for not spanking me. To which he said "OH, it's still on the list of things I have to do, it's just the last thing!" I couldn't sit down for a while after that.
