Country Cooking
Well, we had a super supper yesterday evening! I deep fried
some Crappie fresh out of the lake from the night before. Amber made up her
coleslaw fresh from the produce isle and we had country fried potatoes and hush
puppies fresh from the frozen food section. For desert we had coconut cream pie
just thawed out that morning. Apparently having a freezer is an important part
of country cooking.
