The Secret of Writing

The other day I asked a friend and fellow writer his thoughts on writing, being that he has had a couple of books published. Being a plain spoken person, he told me that one of the biggest problems for a lot of writers was coming up with enough "crap" to keep the reader interested. That may have been all I needed to hear, because my mind is just full of "crap". Just the other day Amber read a little of my material I had been writing and her very words were, "I don't know where you come up with this crap".
