Joint Report

I was given a good report on my knee and shoulder replacement exam and was told I had done an excellent job of protecting the joints and preventing wear and tear & told to keep doing whatever I've been doing. I thought Amber was going to bust, but she stayed quiet, at least until we got out to the car.
