Heart Rehab Update

Well, I didn't go to my heart rehab session yesterday because we had our taxes figured and I didn't think it would be prudent for me to get hooked up to the heart/blood pressure monitors. I didn't go to my session today because of the same reasoning except I saw the Dentist.
