Did You Miss Me?
Well, did you miss me? It seems I have this thing that draws
me to emergency rooms and/or hospitals. While doing my due diligence in cardiac
rehab the nurse calmly walked over to me, asked me to stop my exercise, told me
to lay on a exam table and performed an EKG. She then loaded me in a wheelchair
and took me to the emergency room. After an appropriate amount of poking, prodding
and several other variations of medical stuff I was informed I was dealing with
Atrial Fibrillation (Irregular Heart Beat). I was admitted to the Hospital and
after about twenty-four hours my heart reverted back to a normal beat. I was
released from the hospital without restriction other than to use common sense, which
concerned Amber a little, and told an appointment had been made to see a
specialist about possible procedures to permanently fix the problem. Other than
that things are okay.....
