I remember way back when one of my brothers and I were moving a storage building along some back roads when we came to a railroad overpass with a sign that said "Clearance 11' 3". We stopped and measured the load and it was 12' 4". I turned to my brother and asked what he thought. He looked around carefully and said, "Not a cop in site. Let's take a chance."
