Ease Your Mind

When you have concern or your mind is not at ease, find a cold water faucet, fill your cupped hands with soothing cold water, let the water roll down your face, then take a deep breath; do this three times and smile. Papa Dan (my grandfather) showed me this simple remedy when I was five years old while standing in front of his barber shop watering his flowers in Blanket, Texas. I might steer you wrong but Papa Dan wouldn't.
