Making Changes

Well, I'm fixin' to start making a few changes in my life beginning with some of the simpler things. I am going to start taking my 10AM nap at 2:30PM and start taking my 2:00PM nap at 9:30AM. I am then going to take 15 minutes of nap time off of both my morning and afternoon sleeping time. I will begin going to bed one hour earlier at night and get up thirty minutes earlier in the morning. I think this is really going to make the difference!
