Re-posting the Friends Roster

For reasons I will not discuss, my 2nd best friend has moved to my best friend. My best friend dropped down to 4th which is a good spot because previous number 4 dropped out of the top 10. My 3rd best friend will not be able to move up to number 2 because they don't get along with new number 1. My 7th best friend will move up to number 2 because, like me, these type things don't mean much to him or her.
