Who Should Judge

We have grown, toiled, loved, and lived and now allowed to reap the spoils divvied according to the goodness of our efforts. We are judged by those who have yet to finish any of those things we so long ago accomplished and yet they determine any reward or punishment we would receive for our efforts. Seems backwards to me!
