August 27th

August 27th, a day etched into my memory and the memories of my four brothers and our families. Our dad, Don Beck, passed away on August 27, 2002 as a result of cancer.  Our mom, Berylene Beck, passed away on August 27, 2009, also a result of cancer. We love them, we miss them, but they are back together  now and one day we will all be together again, in a house built to hold us all!
