Days Come And Days Go

Days come and days go and with them our emotions move in and out much as the tide refreshes its sandy canvas, making it ready for another day's display. It takes so many good days, days filled with cleansing smiles and loving touches, to prepare us for the day we have most dreaded and then not just heal but strengthen our hearts. We are set back for the moment, life's momentum stalled, but only for a while, for we have days and days to come, days and days to go. I pray we have more good than bad and that together we weather one as well as the other.
