Early Days

Back in the early days of our partnership in marriage, Amber was so warm and caring. If I came walking into the house with a scratch, cut or bruise Amber would say, "Oh Baby, what did you do?" and immediately put me through a triage of cleaning, medicating and bandaging. Yesterday I came walking into the bedroom with a cut on my hand and sat down on the bed. Amber walked in and said, " Get off my bed, don't get blood on my clean bedspread!" She did throw me the box of band aids after I had cleaned up.
