Cardiac Rehab Speech

Well, I have the pleasure of speaking to the Hamilton Hospital Cardiac Rehab Class on Monday, August 27th. It will be nice to return to the place that did so much for me in my recovery. Hopefully I can help others do the same. Of course, while in the area it would be nice to visit Lake Merritt and see another sunset....we' just wait and see.
