High Winds

While outside working yesterday in an extremely high wind I caught a glimpse of something moving above the lake. As I turned to look, I saw a huge object hovering like a giant Frisbee and heading for the shoreline. It hit the ground with a crash. It was the roof of one of the lake piers which had blown loose and flown about 75 yards before landing. I would guess the roof weighed several hundred pounds.
