Cardio Experience

When I go to the gym, I work out for a little over an hour and then finish with about 15 or 20 minutes of cardio. I usually lose about two pounds, mostly fluids. The other afternoon when the temperature was knocking at 100 degree's door, I went outside to cut my toenails (Because Amber won't let me cut them in the house) and I lost about six pounds, all fluids! I've noticed over the last several years that cutting my toenails as well as putting on my socks has developed into a pretty demanding cardio experience.
