Village Idiots

It has been said every village has it's idiot. If this is true, and I think it is, then larger cities must have more idiots in order to maintain the proper idiot to nonidiot ratio. I was painfully reminded of this fact, several times yesterday when Amber and I returned to the DFW area to take care of some commitments. This was one of the reasons Amber and I moved to the country, the number of village idiots in the area in which we lived were in decline and the rumor was I was a shoe in to fill one of the Village Idiot vacancies thus bringing the ratio back to the required number.
