What Nervous Energy!!

Well, I went to get a message today and one of the first things the masseuse said was that I had a lot of nervous energy I needed to get rid of. I told her I appreciated her opinion but that I would appreciate it if she wouldn't get rid of all of my nervous energy because if it weren't for nervous energy I wouldn't have any energy at all.
